Dr. Fred Arima Jr., FAAO
Dr. Fred Arima graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Zoology & BS in Psychology with honors in 1976. He finished his optometric schooling at Southern California College of Optometry in 1981 with an O.D. degree, Cum Laude. He has operated his private practice since 1981. Dr. Arima is very active in many local and regional Optometric Physician´s associations.

Dr. Kurt Russell
Dr. Kurt Russell joined Mill Creek Vision in 2010. He provides full-scope optometric care to patients age 4 and older. His practice interests include glaucoma, ocular disease management, treatment of eye injuries, pre/post-surgical care of cataract and refractive surgery patients, and contact lenses.
In 1997, Dr. Russell graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2001 from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia. During Dr. Russell's training, he received clinical honors while at the Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX and the Southern Vision Institute in New Orleans, LA.
When not in the office, Dr. Russell enjoys working on classic and special interest automobiles, weight lifting, macro photography, and mountain biking.
Dr. Russell will be available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
