We prescribe contact lenses for individual lifestyles. For many of our patients, we prescribe contact lenses for part time use. Many of our patients prefer the appearance and convenience of eyeglass wear for most of their week and will wear contact lenses for specific situations such as exercise (Yoga with eyeglasses is not easy) or sports. Other patients prefer to wear their contact lenses most of the day and switch to eyeglasses when they return home.

Whatever your lifestyle needs, we prescribe and evaluate all major brands of soft and rigid contact lenses. Additionally, we prescribe custom designed contact lenses for special needs as well as special eye problems. Specialized fitting may include: Monovision, bifocal contact lenses, astigmatism contacts, Ortho K and Keratoconus. We have experience in modifying and polishing contacts.

Our staff are able to answer many of your questions and are available for ongoing contact lens instruction and training. We are equipped with corneal topographers to evaluate the contour of your cornea to measure the precise corneal curvature and other instruments like biomicroscopes to monitor your eyes for the onset of contact lens related complications.
