Vision Insurance – Eye Center in Mill Creek, Bothell & Woodinville, WA

Medical and Vision insurance can be confusing. We are not an insurance company but our experienced staff will be happy to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate resources if we are not able to answer your questions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to bill all insurance plans. We welcome all patients regardless of the plan they use. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Synchrony for payment. We will happily provide you with a statement so you may submit it to your plan for reimbursement. We can also provide you with many of the plan phone numbers if you should need to contact them about your coverage.

Below are some of the plans we bill. The plans we bill change constantly when the major plans create sub plans or contract with other plans for billing or insurance processing. Yes, this is as confusing for us as it is for you. Please call us if you require confirmation that we bill your specific plan. We will do our best to supply you with the contact phone number for your plan.

Advanced Technology

We use the best instruments for patient care like the new Optomap California instrument. This laser camera assists in preventive eye care since it compliments eye drop exams and early detection of inner eye diseases. It also enables us to keep an image of the inside (retina) of the eye for the monitoring of changes inside the eye as we age. http://optomap.com/

We have been serving the Mill Creek and South Snohomish/North King County area since 1983.
