We are proud of the over 900 5-star customer service and patient satisfaction reviews we’ve received. For patient reviews you can trust we use DemandForce. Why? Two great reasons:
- Reviews can only be submitted by real patients. Only actual patients of Mill Creek Vision receive a survey to complete following an appointment. You will not find reviews by people who have never visited us or even worse by our friends or staff members!!
- Reviews cannot be edited or changed. Whether we like a review or not you will see it in its original form. Mill Creek Vision can’t edit the words of our patients (and we wouldn’t dream of doing that anyway!).
